Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be authorized when cancellation received prior to 5:00 pm June 1, 2021. A $50 administrative fee will apply to cancellations made between June 2 - July 1, 2021. Cancellations after July 1 and no-shows forfeit refunds and will be billed for any outstanding charges. You may transfer your registration to another individual for no charge.

In the event the 2021 Florida Media Conference is cancelled by the organizers due to heath concerns from COVID-19, a full refund of conference registration fees will be issued automatically. Travel and hotel expenses will remain the responsibility of the individual registrant in the event the conference is cancelled.
