Full refunds will be authorized when cancellation received prior to 5:00 pm May 9, 2025. A $75 administrative fee will apply to cancellations made between May 9 – June 24, 2025. Cancellations after June 24 and no-shows forfeit refunds and will be billed for any outstanding charges. You may transfer your registration to another individual for no charge. In the event the 2025 Florida Media Conference is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund of conference registration fees will be issued automatically. Travel and hotel expenses will remain the responsibility of the individual registrant in the event the conference is cancelled.
